Product Overview
6-S shaking table is one of the core equipments for gravity beneficiation, which is widely used in the sorting of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold, and many other rare and precious metals, and it is also suitable for coal mines. The equipment is capable of handling sorting tasks with different grain sizes, including roughing (2-0.5mm), concentrating (0.5-0.074mm) and sweeping (-0.074mm), and the range of effective recovered grain sizes can be up to 2-0.022mm when dealing with tungsten and tin ores.

6-S shaking table adopts glass fiber reinforced plastic bed, with high enrichment ratio and high separation efficiency, easy operation and adjustment, and stable output of concentrate, middle ore and tailings, which is the ideal equipment for all kinds of mine beneficiation.

Working Principle
Mineral particles are subjected to the combined action of three forces at the same time on the inclined bed:

  • Gravity: prompting the mineral to realize stratification according to specific gravity

  • Horizontal water flushing: separates light and heavy minerals.

  • Reciprocating movement of the bed surface: generating inertia force, further enhancing the sorting effect.

Minerals with different specific gravity are eventually distributed in a fan shape along the bed surface and discharged from the concentrate end, the middle ore zone and the tailing side respectively, realizing efficient separation.

Note: According to the different feeding position, the shaking table can be divided into two forms: right shaking table and left shaking table.
