ZKB linear vibrating screen is a kind of high-efficiency screening equipment, adopting double-motor drive design, which is specially developed for screening and grading of powdery and granular materials. The equipment is widely used in the industries of plastics, abrasives, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials, grain, carbon and fertilizer, etc. It is especially suitable for processing dry powdery materials with particle size within the range of 0.074-5mm.

Working Principle

• Double-motor drive: two vibration motors rotate synchronously and inversely, generating linear excitation force;

• Material movement: the material makes continuous linear jumping movement on the screen surface;

• Classification process: the material smaller than the screen hole through the screen, larger than the screen hole material along the screen moving forward;

• Separation of discharged materials: ultimately realize the multi-stage precise separation of materials.
