Working Principle

• Material Entry: The raw material is put into the crushing chamber through the upper feeding port;

• High-speed crushing: the material is hit and impacted by high-speed hammers, and accompanied by shearing and grinding;

• Particle size grading: qualified materials are discharged through the sieve plate, and those not up to the standard continue to be crushed;

• Finished product discharge: all materials are finally discharged through the screen plate.
