Product Features
The jaw crusher adopts optimized crushing cavity design, and achieves strong crushing of materials through the periodic reciprocating motion of the movable jaw plate. The machine is equipped with heavy-duty forged steel eccentric shaft and high-performance bearing system to ensure stable operation under severe working conditions. The unique wedge adjusting device makes it more convenient to adjust the discharge opening, and the product size can be flexibly controlled according to the production demand. The whole machine adopts modular design concept, and the key components are made of high quality wear-resistant materials, which greatly extends the service life of the equipment and reduces the maintenance cost.

Working Principle

• Material Entry: Ore material enters into the crushing chamber composed of fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate.

• Crushing: The movable jaw plate periodically approaches the fixed jaw plate, and the material is subjected to extrusion, splitting and bending.

• Particle size grading: the materials that meet the requirements are discharged from the discharge opening, while the materials that do not meet the standards continue to fall down to receive secondary crushing.
