Working Principle

• Material entry: the raw material enters the V-shaped crushing chamber formed by the gap between the two rolls.

• Squeezing and crushing: the material is squeezed by the relative rotating rolls, and at the same time it is subjected to shearing and erosion.

• Particle size control: precisely control the particle size of the discharged material by adjusting the roll spacing.

• Finished product discharge: the crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port.
