Workflow

  • Pressing stage: hydraulic cylinder pushes the moving plate to press the filter plate group.

  • Feed filtration: pump the material into the filter chamber for solid-liquid separation.

  • Unloading and loosening: the hydraulic system unloads the pressure and pulls away the device to separate the filter plate.

  • Unloading and cleaning: the filter cake falls off automatically and the filter cloth is cleaned up manually.

  • The degree of integrity of the filter cloth

2. Regular maintenance

  • Monthly cleaning of filter cloth

  • Quarterly hydraulic oil change

  • Check the flatness of the filter plate every year

3. Caution

  • Avoid pressurizing the empty chamber

  • Control feed pressure

  • Clean up the residue in time
