Model BS-K flotation machine is a highly efficient and energy-saving inflatable mechanical agitation flotation equipment, which adopts innovative side-mounted spindle design and "U"-shaped tank structure, which significantly improves the stability of the equipment and sorting efficiency.

Through the optimized impeller-stator system and external inflatable device, the equipment achieves the excellent performance of uniform bubble dispersion and good suspension of ore particles, which is especially suitable for fine separation operation requiring high recovery rate, and the recovery rate can be increased by more than 2% compared with the conventional equipment.

Product Features

BS-K flotation machine adopts modular design, providing a variety of configurations from single tank to six tanks. The unique combination of conical impeller and radial stator ensures strong mixing force while significantly reducing wear and tear.

The equipment is equipped with adjustable drive components for easy maintenance and access, and the "U" shaped tank design prevents ore accumulation at the bottom of the tank. Although the step configuration and foam pump are required, its excellent separation index and stable operation performance make it an ideal choice for high quality beneficiation.
