Product Description
Plate Magnetic Separator is specially used for iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals in wet processing, especially suitable for wet iron removal of quartz sand, potassium sodium feldspar and other materials. This equipment also has a good separation effect for hematite, limonite, goethite, rhodochrosite, manganese ore, tantalum mud ore and other weak magnetic minerals.

Working Principle
The slurry enters into the uniform replenishment device through the feeding pipe, and after fully dispersed, it is evenly sprinkled on the iron discharging belt on the upper part of the magnetic plate. The slurry flows downward along the inclined side of the magnetic plate under the effect of gravity, in which the ferromagnetic material is adsorbed in the iron unloading belt under the effect of strong magnetic field. The motor drives the iron unloading belt to move upward along the inclined side of the magnetic plate, bringing the adsorbed ferromagnetic material into the iron unloading area, which is flushed into the tailing bucket for collection by the rinsing water; the non-magnetic slurry continues to flow downward and enters the concentrate bucket for centralized collection.

Technical features

5. Adopting wear-resistant composite tape as the conveyor belt, which greatly prolongs the service life.
