XCF-KYF flotation unit is designed with optimized impeller structure and air dispersing system to ensure high recovery rate and at the same time significantly reduce the operating cost.XCF type as suction tank can self-absorb the slurry, and KYF type as DC tank to realize the horizontal configuration, and the two work in concert to form a high-efficiency flotation circuit. The unique design of short blade rotor and intermediate air disperser makes the air bubbles disperse more evenly and the pulp mix more fully, which significantly improves the separation efficiency.

Working Principle

• Slurry inh alation: XCF self-priming slurry enters the system.

• Slurry mixing: large-diameter cone impeller stirs strongly; middle air disperser distributes air evenly.

• Mineral Separation: Hydrophobic minerals float with air bubbles; hydrophilic minerals remain in the slurry.

• Slurry flow: Horizontal transportation by KYF-type direct flow chute

• Foam collection: Scraper discharges the mineralized foam.
