    XJK flotation machine (A type) is the earliest self-absorption mechanical agitation flotation equipment introduced from the former Soviet Union, and after years of technical improvement, it has become the main model in the mineral processing industry. The model adopts rubber impeller and cover design, with air self-absorption and pulp self-flow function, especially suitable for roughing and sweeping operation in large and medium-sized flotation plants, widely used in the separation process of nonferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals.

    Working Principle

    • Slurry preparation: Ground ore and chemicals are mixed into slurry in the mixing tank.

    • Air slurry mixing:

      • Impeller rotation to inhale air

      • Stirring slurry and chemicals mixing

    • Mineralization separation:

      • Hydrophobic minerals float on air bubbles.

      • Hydrophilic minerals remain in the slurry

    • Foam collection: Scraper scrapes out the mineralized foam layer.
