Wet Titanium Ore Permanent Magnet Machine (Wet Permanent Magnet Cylinder Magnetic Separator) is specially designed for wet sorting of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals. It adopts high-performance permanent magnet magnetic system and optimized tank structure, which can efficiently sort magnetic minerals of 0-6mm particle size. It is especially suitable for wet sorting of ilmenite, magnetite and other minerals and iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals, and is one of the core sorting equipments in mineral processing plant and coal processing plant.

Working principle

• Slurry feeding: the slurry evenly enters the sorting tank after adjusting slurry;

• Magnetic adsorption: strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum, and non-magnetic minerals are discharged with the ore flow;

• Concentrate stripping: magnetic minerals are taken out of the magnetic field area and flushed into the concentrate tank by flushing water;

• Product separation: concentrate (magnetic product) and tailings (non-magnetic product) are obtained.

• Drum wear layer: 3-5 years;

• Magnetic system: more than 10 years, magnetic strength decay ≤5%;

• Transmission system: 5-8 years.
