Rutile (TiO₂), as an important titanium ore resource, is widely used in paint, welding rod, titanium dioxide and other industries. This rutile beneficiation solution adopts the "gravity-magnetic separation" combined process, through the multi-stage sorting design to realize the efficient separation of rutile and zircon, monazite and other associated minerals, the concentrate TiO₂ content can reach more than 90%, especially suitable for coastal sand ore and weathered crust type rutile ore sorting.
